Refund Policy

The short version

Full refund within 7 days of buying. No questions asked.

What qualifies

• Semester pass ($29, one time): refunded in full if requested within 7 days of the payment.
• Course bundles ($45 for two courses or $59 for three): request a full refund within 7 days of the bundle payment, no questions asked. The refund covers the whole payment and ends the access it paid for in every included course. We do not offer refunds for just one course in a bundle.
• Earlier all-course passes and add-ons: request a full refund within 7 days of that payment. The refund covers the whole pass or add-on and ends the access it paid for in every included course. Refunding an original plan does not refund a separate add-on; request each refund within its own 7-day window.
• Monthly plan ($10/month): your first monthly payment is refunded in full if requested within 7 days of it. Renewal payments after the first are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel any time so you are never charged again.

How to get a refund

1. Open My plan in the page header.
2. Choose Request refund, or email support@outermilelabs.com with the email you used at checkout.

If you are within the 7 days, the refund is issued for the full amount and your paid access ends right away. A refunded monthly plan is also cancelled immediately so there are no further charges.

You can request a refund for a bundle, earlier all-course pass or add-on from My plan in any course where that purchase opened access: choose Request refund. If you cannot open your purchase, contact the support address on this page. A partial refund or bank dispute also ends the access paid for by that purchase in every included course.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

After 7 days

The automatic refund isn't available after 7 days. You can still cancel a monthly plan so it won't renew (My plan → Cancel subscription), and you keep access until the end of the paid month. The semester pass never renews. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a problem that stopped you using BiochemDrill, email us and we will look at it fairly.
